Children and Adolescents
What do you see in the above image? Is it a hat? Something else?
Little Prince (by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry) says it is "a drawing of a boa constrictor eating an elephant."
Let's invite your creative imagination to be a part of our work together to find a solution you seek.

I offer my services to children and adolescents to learn to use the creative and expressive modalities of arts therapy to seek resolutions for the challenges they struggle with. The expressive modalities utilized in session range
from art-making, creative writing, poetry, play, dreamwork, yoga, and guided meditation.
In a non-judgmental and compassionate space, children and adolescents are supported to explore their imaginative capacity to improve their creative problem-solving and self-regulating skills. The engagement in the expressive activities affirms their resilience and courage to shine in their own healthful states of being.
